ERS Summer Enrollment

Summer Enrollment 2023

If you are an active employee or retiree not eligible for Medicare, you can enroll in or change coverage for yourself and eligible dependents during the two-week Summer Enrollment phase: July 10 – 21, 2023. Coverage changes go into effect Sept. 1, 2023. (Retirees eligible for Medicare can make benefit changes during Fall Enrollment.)

Webinars during Summer Enrollment

ERS will offer online Q&A webinars about Plan Year 2024 benefits. Register for a webinar at ers.texas.gov/Event-Calendars. Once you register, you will get the login information via email. All webinar times are Central Time.
